Mr. Vevek Pawar and Mrs. Arti Rai have have recently achieved immense success in London for their collaboration with London Kids Fashion Week, which is a first for India and have also started their new venture- Kids Kronicals, a kids and parents lifestyle magazine. While Vevek Pawar is former Mr. Grasim Mr Indiaand international advance certified train the trainer from London, Arti is currently pursuing PHD in management. Vivz Finishing School was initially started by Vevek Pawar and is now being managed by Arti and him together. Vivz Finishing School collaborated with London Kids Fashion Week of Mini Mode quite recently and gave 6 talented kids the opportunity of walking for international brands. This is the first time ever where Indian Kids walked the ramp for an international fashion week. Getting selected to walk at the prestigious global platform was no piece of cake. The competition was extremely tough and saw a participation of 150 kids. The participants went through three different rounds of auditions along with doing audition clips which were forwarded to the team in London. Out of 150 applications, the 6 kids which emerged winners are Ishwari Nitin Deshpande, Tanishka Gosavi, Aujaswi Kondhare, Shaurya Nagdev, Riya Gokhle and Vivaan Pingale. London Kids Fashion Week was a two day event which took place on the 15th and 16th February, 2019 and saw Indian kids walk the international ramp with ease. Ishwari was further selected for a fashion shoot with international brand Lulu Et Gigi at Perforton castle. Tanishka, Vivaan and Ishwari also did a special outdoor shoot against the rustic backdrop of London. It all started with Vivz Finishing School’s first ever kids show four years back with 150 participants, all of which were groomed by Mr. Vevek Pawar. “Arti and I had long ago decided to do something in the kids sector as Indian kids are extremely talented and hardworking but lack a competitive platform to showcase their skills at. We are working towards giving these talented kids an opportunity to prove themselves at an international level. We have a number of shows lined up including our own in Dubai (March) where we have received participation from kids all across the world and then shows in London and Milan (September and October). All this more, Vivz Finishing School also conducts classes and seminars on fashion design and styling and modeling. The main aim of Vivz Finishing School is to provide a global platform to its kids to learn and gain experience from. “Kids today are quite talented and with little guidance and support and achieve milestones which is what we try to do at our school. We have even come up with a new magazine; a first in India, which recognizes the sheer hard work and talent of kids and educates parents on the ‘hows’ and ‘where’ related to activities and kids lifestyle,” adds Vevek.
